Require all public schools to teach gun safety and self-defense classes as an elective.

All public schools would provide gun safety classes taught by a qualified instructor (police officer or someone with the same experience with firearms) and self defense classes (also taught by a qualified instructor) in order to prepare the youth of America for the dangers of the world they live in.
