Require all recipients of Unemployment, Welfare, and other "entitlement programs" to pass a drug test.

Created by W.C. on November 19, 2012

Our government, whether it be under the leadership of Democrats or Republicans, could save millions of dollars each year by requiring ALL recipients of taxpayer money to pass a drug test before receiving any funds from the government. There is no negative side to this other than the cost of the drug test, which would be more than offset by the money that would no longer be given to drug users. There are always people who are in need of help, whether it be in the form of unemployment, welfare, social security, or some other form of "entitlement" compensation, but there are also many people who blatantly and proudly take advantage of these programs, and have no desire to go to work or contribute to society in any positive manner. Those are the ones who do not deserve help from taxpayers.
