Require that all Registered Sex Offenders register in the state it occured and where they reside and also update victim

If a person is required to register as a sex offender then there should be some follow up from the State that the crime occured. I have a family memeber (child) that was molested and the person was to register as a sex offender and did while he was on probation but as soon as he got off he moved to another state and is NOT registed in that state. I am sure the people he is assocated with now has no idea that he is a sex offender. When I called the local law enforcement agency they stated there is nothing they can do.
WHAT??? Please sign this petition and help make sure everyone knows when their neighbor is a sex offender.
