It shall be required that all religious and other tax exempt organizations shall start paying a taxes. Taxes shall be paid at a lower percentage then the standard income taxes. All income tax recieved from these sources shall go into a fund where family services such as housing,food stuffs and job training. No other division shall be funded from this income in any way.
