Require all restaurants to clearly state on their menus which products contain common food allergens.

Created by K.N. on January 15, 2012

Restaurants should be required to clearly state on their menus what common food allergens are in a product or the oil used to cook it.

Most restaurant employees are never sure what type of oil they may cook their food in or what is in their products and this is a serious health risk for the growing amount of people with food allergies. Clearly stating this information in their menu will save a lot of time and confusion. It would make the consumer feel much safer and not have to worry about having an allergic reaction which can lead to death.
