Pass legislation requiring all school districts in the nation to use the Freedom of Information Act annually to obtain all local gun licenses and registrations. Districts should be required to maintain these lists and cross reference them with lists of students, school district employees and district vendors to better understand which individuals require closer scrutiny where school security is concerned with regards to firearms.
