In order to protect the children of our country, require all school employees and future employees to attend and pass a concealed weapons class and avertise that fact to the public. This does not mean that all employees should be armed but they should have the ability to be armed. If an mentally ill person thought to attack a place where they could inflict harm and death, they would most likely not attack a school if they thought that the adults there might be trained in the use and may be carrying a firearm.
