Require all school teachers to undergo a basic form of CQB training along with weapon disarmament training.

(public and private) teachers (grades K -12) should be obligatred upon hiring (or if currently employed) to undergo a program of Close Quarter Combat defense training along with a training program on how to disarm any type of weapon. In this day and age, after many recent events of school shootings and even student/teacher altercations, this is an idea that should be at least be brought to the Obama Administration's attention for review and discussion.
