Require all schools and colleges to have metal detectors at all entrances and be manned during hours of operation

This will require all schools public or private, and all colleges to have metal detectors installed at all entrances of the building, with a designated person standing/sitting at this post during hours of operation. Also it will require all schools and colleges to have at least one ARMED guard on duty during hours of operation.
