Require all schools to have adequate shelter for natural disasters. In example: tornado shelters for children!

We need to provide adequate shelter for all children in times of natural disaster. In the wake of things in Oklahoma, the US needs to realize that many of the schools do not have appropriate shelter for our children, when catastrophe strikes. If a child is required to go to school, they should be required to be protected!!! Thanks to all of the teachers that protect our children everyday, even if they do not have the proper supplies and equipment!!
