Whereas we cannot protect our children from gun-toting psychopaths when they go to school, it is incumbent upon all of us as citizens to provide children attending public school with the chance to survive an assault with a firearm. We will need to create and supply body armor and helmets to every public school student in America, as well as training to wear the pieces properly for maximum comfort and protection.
