Require all senators to file FEC campaign finance reports electronically.

While members of the House of Representatives file electronically, all but a few Senators choose to file paper campaign finance reports. Not only is this a very inefficient process that costs the government hundreds of thousands of dollars (waste), the process also takes a very long time, so campaign finance reports often aren't made public until very late in the campaign - sometimes AFTER the election. The result is that the public isn't made aware of potential conflicts of interest or other ethics issues that could affect their vote.
