Issue an executive order that requires all Service members of all branches of the military to carry a loaded firearm at all times Everywhere they are, on or off duty the same way that Members of the IDF Israeli Defense Forces do. Israel does this and so should we. This will stop all on base shootings and will stop many off base shootings as well. If Israel can do this in it's war on terror so can we. Lets grow up and face the reality of the situation and do the PROVEN thing that Israel has already done to stop mass shootings on our american military bases.
