Require all Sexual Assault accusations to go to court if a CODE R (rape) kit has been done

6% of all REPORTED rape and Sexual Abuse accusations get reported. That's 6% of 40% of total rape and sexual assault cases. 97% of rapists who stand trial are sent free. Many do not report because they feel that justice will not be served. Many rapists will do it again if they haven't gotten punishment. There are millions of men, women, and children who do not get the justice they need. With your help we can give this justice to those who need it. This will help bring awareness to this issue and will allow the right people to be punished. Every time a rape is reported there is a CODE R kit done, so if this becomes reality those survivors will find justice and prevent future atrocities.
