Require that all State and Local Law Enforcement officers be required to wear a POV A/V recorder while on the job.

Make it a Federal and state law that all State and local law enforcement officers (police officers) are required to wear audio and video recording devices that record the law enforcement officers point of view (POV) during the officers work hours. This shall include any and all activity the officer does in a day under the hours that they may work.
