Going through the signatures of all of these "secession" petitions, you notice a lot of signatures from U.S. citizens that don't actually live in the state in question. How can 20,000 residents of states like Texas, Kentucky, Ohio, etc decide that Pennsylvania wants out?
We formally ask the Obama administration to only count signatures of residents IN STATE towards the total of the "secession" petitions before even acknowledging them.
