18 states in America currently don't have the chance to sentence someone to a lifetime in prison without parole. We believe that everyone should have the chance to live, and that the punishment of death in retribution of murder is not a viable solution to a capital case.
We wish to make it every state's responsibility to consider this alternative form of justice in cases of capital offenses before resorting to execution.
