We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Require that all states have the same candidates for President on their respective ballots

Created by K.S. on July 19, 2016

This November, citizens of the United States will be voting to determine the next President. However, not all citizens will be privy to the same choices. Beyond the Democratic and Republican party candidates lie the candidates of several third parties that will struggle to make the ballot in some, or potentially even a majority of, states. This list includes the Libertarian and Green Party candidates, both of which have consistently collected 5-10% of the vote in national polls. This is not democracy.

If we are voting on a government office that represents the entire country, we should all have the same options. We, the undersigned, demand that all states list, and acknowledge votes for, all candidates for President of the United States garnering at least 5% in national polls.
