We as people in this great nation should have the ability to defend ourselves against anyone whou would harm us, or our family, not just in our homes but wherever we go. States such as Illinois, California and New York would prefer us to become victims, rather than survivors. That is why I am petitioning the Obama administration to require all states not currently adhering to a shall issue policy for concealed handgun licenses to do so. We need to turn more victims into survivors.
