Childless non disabled adults under %138 of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible to health insurance in some states and not others. It is discrimination to treat some citizens different than others. The new Affordable Care Act eligibility should be available to all citizens who meet the criteria defined in the act. Currently some States are refusing to provide the eligibility to people who would qualify in other states. States should be required to provide the eligibility or the Federal government should provide an exchange for people in those states to apply federally. All citizens should have equal access.
