There is no excuse for anyone in America to sleep on the street or remain outdoors in dangerous conditions. The U.S. has more than enough money to build appropriate housing and shelters for its homeless population. Money is never more important than human safety and should not be used as an excuse to allow others to suffer. Every state must provide safe housing for anyone that is homeless as well as health care and healthy food.
