As more U.S. citizens look upon the government for safety and civil protection, we the people believe it is in all of our best interest if each of the 50 states are required to report gun owners to the FBI. This ensures more responsibility given to the states, as well as the gun owners. The states will report all gun owners to the FBI without taking away gun ownership rights. This is a fair and responsible way to promote public safety.
