Require all states to updates their respective guidelines for Child Support, Custody and Visitation. Every state has a different guildline and most are years out of date. As a single father, it was an enourmous challenge getting a fair trial in court versus my ex, mainly because of outdated guildines and a bias towards women when it pertains to children. There are millions of great single parents, women AND men, and they should be treated fairly in court and adhear to the same guidelines once a ruling is passed down.
