require all those entrusted to operate a school bus have a clear, outlined Medical Policy for emergency instruction plz

Created by B.V. on February 12, 2013

My Daughter suffered asthma induced hyperventilation because of verbal bullying on the bus in Tennessee last year. The bus driver continued driving. The children tried to help in all ways including stopping the bullying. It took my daughter Tyana a week to get back to normal from this incident. I spoke with the school, the bus garage, a attorney, the doctor, her asthma dr, and finally the Board of Education in Marshall County. I was able to get, in writing, a medical policy for the drivers to follow if any injury to a student occurs on the bus. Before this incident, only verbal knowledge existed on what to do in case of injury on the bus. I am asking the Obama Administration to help me make the written medical policy for all school buses in the United States and possibly all transportation
