Petition to require US citizens to own at least one firearm and take a firearms safety course. The name of the program would be "Security Care" and would become mandatory beginning as soon as legislation can be passed by a simple majority. No state would be able to deny any citizen the right to be able to defend themselves and would do so under the full force and penalty of all applicable federal laws. Also all persons having a license to carry a concealed weapon would be allowed to carry their weapon into gun free zones EXCEPT airports and government buildings.
