Require All U.S Automobile Drivers to Retake Driving Test Once a Year

To ensure the roads and highways are safer, I believe all people who operate a motorized vehicle (car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, etc.) should be required to retake the drivers exam at their local DMV at least once a year. Not only will this make people better drivers each year, but it will decrease the chances of accidents caused by poor driving abilities and limit the amount of given speeding tickets. Drivers who fail the driving portion of the DMV exam shall have their license revoked until he or she can prove worthy of being a successful driver by taking drivers education classes and passing the driving portion once given.
