Require all U.S. government officials to refer to so-called "suicide bombers" or any variation thereof as murderers.

All government officials at all levels; local, state and federal, must be required, by an Act of Congress or Executive Order, to refer to so-called "suicide bombers" or any variation thereof, as murderers and terrorists. The misleading term "suicide bomber" must be banned from all government use.
It is a fact that people that strap bombs to themselves, or build car bombs and such, care about nothing more that killing as many innocent and unsuspecting people as possible, in public, and in a manner to ensure the most news coverage possible. They are committing murder and promoting terrorism; they are not committing suicide.
Suicide is almost always committed in private. People that carry or drive bombs into large groups of people are clearly intent on committing mass murder.
