Protect U.S. patents from being copied by China and other countries for a period of 5 years. If a U.S. patent is found to be copied by China or other foreign countries within 5 years of the creation of the copyright and a complaint is filed against them by the U.S. company impose a strict 5% import tax on those items until such a time as can be proven that they are not in fact copying U.S. patents.
Create and maintain a government website where U.S.
companies can file complaints against copy infringement
and create jobs of officers who will enforce the tax on all
all import complaints until such time as the defendant can prove they did not copy U.S. patents.
Direct the 5% import tax to pay enforcement officials and
reduce national debt.
