Require all USA employers to provide reasonable lunch periods and breaks

All employers should be required to provide a 60 minute unpaid lunch during the employee work period. Also allow the employee to refuse any over time without repercussions from their employer. Also they should be required to provide a paid 2 week vacation yearly that cannot be taken away and if not used must be compensated for by the end of the following year. Also provide 2 weeks of paid sick time or a total of yearly 4 weeks of personal days that the employee does not have to get permission to take by the employer.
