Require all voters to have a photo ID; and demonstrate they have basic political knowledge

Created by W.M. on March 29, 2013

Regulation should be put in place requiring all voters to provide a photo ID and demonstrate they have some basic political knowledge and understanding of the process.
They should be required to verbally answer 3 very basic questions and these can change randomly. Some suggestions: 1). Name the three branches of Government? 2). Who is the current Commander-in-Chief? 3). Who is the current Speaker of the House? If any voter can not correctly answer these three basic questions, no way should they be voting for the leader of the United States of America!
