Require all welfare-collecting citizens to submit to and pass random drug screenings before collecting taxpayer's money.

As hard-working American citizens, we should not have to pay for drug abusers to sit around and collect our hard-earned money. Is is not our responsibility to feed their lifestyle. We as taxpayers need more control of where our taxes are allocated, and this is not where we want it going.
