Require all welfare recipients to pass drug tests and prove they are trying to find work.

We need to stop giving aid to people that dont want or have any intention of working. Its time to pull some weeds out of the system that are draining tax payers. We need tougher screenings and time limits for aid. It is not intended to be a lifestyle and is supposed to be temporary to get struggling people too their feet. People on welfare need to prove they are looking for work and employers need to take a picture of how one comes to an interview and send it to the welfare case worker. Drug tests need to be once a month and random so one is not able to prepare for it. If drugs are found in the recipients system their aid is immidiately terminated. There needs to be a 3 strikes and your out system.
