All persons seeking to receive Welfare and those currently on Welfare or receiving any tax dollars they do not work for shall be required to take and pass a random drug test.
Many Americans are required to take random drug test to receive a pay check that they work for and keep their employment. So, why is not yet a Federal Law that Welfare recipients must pass a drug test also ?
New Jersey said drug testing Welfare recipients would cost to much. How so? Yes the initial cost will be high. However when drug abusers do not apply for Welfare for fear of failing a drug test, look at the Tax dollars saved. When drug abusers are removed for failing the drug test across the United States it will be billions saved.
If any persons can find the money to buy drugs, they do not need my Taxes
