Require all Welfare recipients to undergo mandatory drug testing in order to receive benefits.

Every American has to go through a mandatory drug test when applying for a job. The same should go for any American that wants unemployment or welfare benefits. If they have money to buy and use illegal drugs (heroin, cocaine, etc.), then they should not be receiving taxpayer money to fuel their drug habit. This is not about 'civil liberties' but to address a growing problem of more and more American citizens on welfare that should not be.
