Require all Welfare recipients to undergo Random Drug testing to receive assistance

I believe that if the working class of this country have to submit to random drug testing in order to keep there jobs, that those how benefit from there tax dollars through welfare and other assistants programs must also be held to the same standard.
I see way to many people getting welfare and aid that spend that money on drugs.
