Stop the welfare, food stamps and government funds that are fraudulent. Receivers of freebies must be accountable, pass a drug test, and pay taxes each year on the total amount received each year, or be dismissed from the system permanently. Every individual receiving government assistance must be deserving and accountable for what they receive. Too many programs are being taken advantage of and it's not fair to those who work. Too many individuals have been raised to work the system to receive "free stuff" rather than go out and find a job.
