Require all women between the ages 18 and 25 to register in the Selective Service System like their male counterparts.

The Selective Service System was formed in 1918; a time when women were barred from service within the U.S. military. Over the past few decades, women have been slowly incorporated into the U.S. military. Soon, even combat positions within the U.S. military will be open to women. For this reason, it is time that women be required to register for Selective Service like their male counterparts between the ages of 18 and 25. The Selective Service System is currently a sexist and archaic government agency that reinforces stereotypes that women are secondary to men. And therefore, in a time of war and out of necessity, the United States government would only call upon men to serve.
