WHEREAS the President of the United States has thus far ignored bipartisan calls to provide Ukraine with military aid to defend herself against the ongoing Russian invasion.
AND WHEREAS the AMERICAN PEOPLE, who own more military-grade weapons than most armies, have no war to fight, and must instead resort to less productive expressions of their 2nd Amendment rights, including school shootings and well-armed latte runs to Starbucks.
WE CALL FOR all Americans to be required to donate their assault rifles, high capacity magazines, and ammunition to the Ukrainian Army, who needs the firepower more than we do. Americans whose firearms have been conscripted will receive compensation in the form of a tax credit equal to 100% of the value of the arms and the gratitude of 46 million people.
