Require any changes made to "entitlements" during the Fiscal Cliff negotiations automatically expire after two years

Require that ANY changes that are made to so called "entitlement" programs during the current Fiscal Cliff negotiations: i.e. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc., etc. be enacted to automatically expire after a two year period has passed.
