No government or government agency whether federal, state, county, or local shall have any influence or authority in the moral institution of marriage.
There shall be no marriage licenses. No tax breaks or tax increases. No government incentives or government road blocks of any sort for married couples or for those wanting to be married.
Marriage is a moral obligation, not a legal one. Marriage shall only be done through a priest, pastor, or a member of the clergy of any religious faith only.
Neither judges, politicians, nor anyone not a leader in any form of religious faith shall have the authority to administer the rites of marriage.
