This is a petition for two rights.
1.) For any future law that affects a constitutional right or a right found in a constitutional amendment to be passed it must be voted upon by all legally registered voters of the United States.
2.) Current laws that infringe upon these rights must also be voted on by the people within two years of the establishment of this law (e.g. The Patriot Act).
A representative democracy works in-so-far as the people are adequately represented, a state which has long been denied the citizens of this nation. This new right will guarantee freedom of The People from special interest groups and lobbyists who pervert the missions The People have set their representatives upon.
