At least 75% of any manufactured product sold in the US has to be manufactured in the US. Companies who wish to continue selling products in the US have 5 (five) years to comply or their products will no longer be allowed for sale in the US.
Any product sold in the US has to have at least 75% of its' customer service based in the US. Companies have 2 (two) years to comply with having 75% of customer service based in the US.
Any manufacturing and/or customer service operations opening in the US must employ 100% US citizens.
Any company caught using illegal aliens in its' workforce, forfeits 2 (two) months profit for each illegal up to 6 (six). If more than 6 (six) illegals are found, the company is closed and sold at public auction to legal US citizens.
Supersedes all free trade laws.
