These citizens humbly request that transparency be preserved, democracy be promoted and that accountability to the constituency of our elected representatives be mandated by taking this petition to action. Closed door sessions, restricted from public conveyance, with any elected body in any facility paid for by the citizens of this great nation shall be prohibited except where the greatest matters of national security require such provisions as to protect the continuance of human life.
