Require that any member of the senate, or congress, or the courts, be educated by a professional of industry.

It should be a requirement of all branches of government to be educated on any subject they plan to rule on.
This seems basic, but as seen with the firearms actions taken, it makes more since to require education by an industry professional BEFORE they can voice their opinion, or cast their vote, on any subject.
