people trying to get on food stamps, social security, Medicaid, any kind of government assistance to be general should be required to take periodic drug tests to maintain eligibilty. To long have honest tax payers paid for someone else to sit and do drugs while mooching off the government. The government shouldn't have to pay someone who isn't making the effort to help themselves
