Require that any person who wishes to run for elected office be subjected to at least three I.Q. tests

This petition would require that any person seeking to be elected to public office be required to take at least three I.Q. tests. The tests should be conducted by three different non affiliated non partisan testing facilities. The goal of this testing is to make sure the American people don't inadvertently elect someone with sub par reasoning and problem solving skills. The president could call it the Gohmert act. As a nation we can not afford to be led by mentally deficient people. I believe a base I.Q. of 130 should be required of anyone who runs for elected office. We should hold our leaders to a higher standard in everything especially intelligence.
