Require that any petitions on whitehouse.gov be submitted only in English, so that all citizens may understand them

Petitions on the White House's website are submitted for the review of the American public, so that we may consider the issues presented therein and determine whether or not we wish to add our names in support. Petitions which are written in languages other than English or Spanish exclude the majority of the American public from participating in this process, and are a hinderance to open and free dialogue about import issues.
