Require any transaction a Veteran has with the Veterans administration to be acknowledged and completed within 30 days.

Currently most transactions with the VA take over 300 days. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. All transactions a Vet has with the VA should take less than 30 days for each stage. When they apply, the VA should give them an answer within 30 days. When a Vet has a medical appointment canceled, the VA should provide an alternative appointment within 30 days. The president should start at the top of the VA and fire administrators until the VA provides the service the Vets deserve. If enough layers of administration at the VA are fired, someone will get the message and streamline the VA service. The president should "make good" on the promises he and all the previous POTUS have made. This is NOT a matter of technology but simply customer service driven management.
