We The People request that any household who receives governement assistance from tax funded programs such as food stamps, Medicaid, housing, cell phones et al., for a period of six consecutive months or more, be requored to surrender any and all tax returns until 40% of funding they received is reimbursed.
This policy would increase government revenue and encourage people to find employment rather than burden the taxpayers who fund the programs.
