Require everyone who moves or lives in the United States to register their vehicles in the State they reside.
Those who refuse to register their vehicles and leave them registered in Canada or Mexico to save money cause those of us who do register our vehicles to pay higher rates for road improvements and uninsured motorist.
If you live and drive on American roads, you should help pay for the maintenance.
